wellday Inc. defines personal information as information relating to a customer which enables someone to specify the customer, for instance, name, address, and phone number. Personal information includes information which enables someone to specify the customer by being combined with other information.

In case of asking a customer to provide personal information, wellday Inc. obtains the customer’s agreement about the purpose of use of the information and third parties whom wellday Inc. provides the information to. Only after obtaining the agreement, wellday Inc. acquires personal information of the customer.

The customer is a part of customers who agreed with provision to the third party. wellday Inc. can entrust a third party with a part of or whole of duty of handling personal information. When providing and entrusting a third party with personal information, wellday Inc. chooses the third party cautiously and prevents a customer’s personal information from security risks by concluding the contract with the third party, and if necessary, supervising the third party. In case of necessity to disclose a customer’s personal information to a third party never the customer agreed with, wellday Inc. can disclose personal information only after obtaining the customer’s agreement again.

wellday Inc. follows requests for disclosure, correction, and suspension of use of personal information from a customer. wellday Inc. also follows requests from a customer for access, delete, and transfer their data; however, in order to prevent risks of personal information leakage by improper disclosure request, wellday Inc. confirms the identity of the customer by appropriate means.
